1.What kind of product you are supplying?
We are producer for aromatic fluorine compounds; we have about over 50 kinds of regular products in commercial lot, and over 300 kinds of products in lab and pilot scale.
2.What qty you can supply?
Some of our products are produced in commercial lots, we produce them in metric tons lots, if customer only need kilos, we can also supply in good rate. We produce hundreds of aromatic fluorine compounds in lab scale, the qty can be from grams to tens of kilos. We can also expand our capacity from lab scale to pilot scale and commercial lots based on customer’s request.
3.Who will be your customers?
Most of our customers are multi-national pharmaceutical company’s R&D center;and chemical research institute all over the world.
4.Can you develop new items?
Yes, we are strong at developing new items. If you cannot find a suitable supplier to develop new items for your specific inquiry, maybe you can let us know. We are sure you will receive a satisfactory reply from us.
5.How many days you will need for a response?
If the items are our regular product or we have ever produced, we normally respond within one day; if it is a new item, we normally need 3 to 5 days for a response. If we cannot offer the item customer inquired, we will response immediately.
6.How do I order?
If you need an item, you are highly recommended to search it in our website firstly, if it has been listed in our website, it means we have ever produced it. Pls send an inquiry to us either by email or by fax, we will offer our best price to you very soon. After negotiation the price, delivery time and payment terms, pls send an formal order to us either by email or by fax. We will arrange the production for you based on your order and will guarantee the quality and delivery time, once the production finished, we will arrange the shipment to you.
7.How about the shipment ?
As most of our products are hazardous goods, we will ship the goods to customer by air or by sea. We will strictly follow the IATA regulations and sea shipments regulations, and we will guarantee to ship our products in legal way. Sometimes, we can also send the goods or samples by air courier.
